Proservicve sells seconds of their brand new, thick DSQ diapers (CPF) for $18 a dozen all sizes. You can get them by calling 1-800-397-8594 just specify you want seconds. I can't even tell why these are seconds and have used the infant ones, the blue edge ones and now use the jumbo freen edge ones when my small supply of Toddle ease is all in the diaper bucket.
As for covers, I presume you are going to be pinning? Or using a snappi? Some really durable covers (some of mine have been being used for a year, only in rotation with 8 covers and we *full time* Cloth diaper) are the Dappi nylon taffeta covers. They are 2/$3.99! They do run a little on the small side so I would suggest ordering up and to save shipping I bought one to see what it looked like but then loved them so ordered some in all the other sizes.
