I have used all my ME dipes wiht my son who is now 22 months, if I have another baby I will definitly use them all again. I am sure that some may wear out later on with use, but I wait till they wear out and then get rid of them....
I think it is sort of silly for ME to say they only last thru one child... there are SOO many variables like how many diapers you have... I suppose if you had only 12 dipes and used them 100% of the time and washed every day, wet soak pail and dried in the dryer... then yes, they will only last one kid, you know? But most people do not do that... Aslo wet pail vs dry pail and line dry vs. dryer also affect the diapers life.
What's that saying? Use it up, wear it out, make do or do with out : ) Tho I would not actually do with out mother ease dipes as long as I have a little one in diapers!
