Sleeping Positions/ME Covers etc. Staying Dry

Hi everyone-- Our daughter is 13 weeks old and has just been able to roll over by herself in the last 2 weeks. Therefore, she now prefers to fall asleep on her tummy with her head turned to one side--of course.
NOTE: I know all about "Back to Sleep" and have done this since day 1, but now that she has the ability to sleep this way she will turn herself over or cry if she's on her back. She's very colicky, so I do think the pressure on her tummy helps her discomfort a little--we have had some terrible screamy episodes!

We use Sandy's most often at night with a Sandys liner (sometimes we use the OneSize diaper) and a disposable liner or 2 in case she poops and then the Airflow cover over top.

This might be a silly question but: given her new sleeping position, is there anything we should be doing to ensure the diaper still works well in keeping her (and clothes/bedding) as dry as it can? My mom has picked up the Stay-Dry Liners for me and will be getting them in another couple of weeks when we go visit...

IF she wakes to breastfeed, I change her then, otherwise she goes all night (such a blessing to have 7 - 8 hours of uninterrupted silence!!) Has anyone noticed a difference in their diapers' performance with different sleeping positions? Thanks!

Kristina
