Sorry about that, I thought the other diaper(s) you had was a used one... I don't know if they've changed fabric in the last while, it's been a while since I've bought my diapers... Hope the hot wash does the trick. Try the water sprinkling test to know for sure if this is the problem. If it's not then I really don't know what to say. The size of the cover had occured to me (that maybe it was too small for the Toddle-Ease) but you would have the same problem with the older one so that can't be it.
