How well do the Dry diapers work?

Wondering if the One Size Dry diapers work as well as the regular. I hate to invest hundreds of $$ in a purchase without some input from users!

Are they as absorbant? Do they fit the same? Are they easy to clean? Do they take longer to dry? Does the "dry" material wear out faster than the rest of the diaper? Do they pill?
