I have never used the One-Size Dry diapers specifically, BUT I use the Stay-Dry Liners from Mother-ease with both the One-Size and the Sandy's diapers. I've just recently gotten these, and they are great, not to mention economical.
You can decide if you want a liner in the diaper or not (for an extended outing, for overnight). You can also use the liner with a doubler if needed for more absorbancy (eg. overnight) They are so easy to wash off if they're poopy, and they wash out spotlessly--I don't dry mine in the dryer: they hang dry in no time flat.
They DO make a difference in keeping baby drier and probably preventing rash. I prefer having the liners separately since they're less expensive in the long run. This option might be something to consider. I'm so glad I tried the liners--I'm going to pick up another package!
