I don't have much advice as I haven't used the bedwetter pants yet. I have 3 on order for my daughter and am expecting them any day now so I can always get back to you in about a week I guess...
The only thought I had was that perhaps the waistband of his pyjamas is creeping into the bedwetter pant during the night. It's kind of a stretch though, especially if they're so tight they're leaving red marks on his legs.... Do they leave those same marks at his waist? Maybe it's a little looser at the waist and that lets the clothes creep in?
I hope you figure out what's wrong soon... I can't see it being that they haven't been washed enough, seems to me that 4 full hot washes plus a few weeks of use and wash.... I'm really at a loss and hoping I don't end up with this problem. Have you called ME? Maybe the liner lenght thing is a sign of a defective product?
