Maras Mom,
Thanks for your advice. You know, I think you might be right about the stomach sleeping position thing. I have no idea if my son wakes up with sleeping erections and I don't really even want to think about it! :)
Anyway, if that's the case, I guess there's not much I can do to prevent it. When my son still fit into the One Size diapers, they would NEVER (not even once!) leak onto his pajamas. Maybe since the waterproof cover of the Bedwetter Pants is sewn to the inner cotton material, it doesn't work as well as an Air Flow cover at preventing leaks out the front top. In other words, maybe the inner cotton material of the bedwetter pants gets so soaked in the front when he pees that it seeps out the top if just a tiny bit of material is peaking out from the cover at the top. I wonder if this is a problem with boys wearing the All-In-One diapers(I've never used them before)? Am I making any sense? I'm confusing myself!
And to answer Karen C.'s question about if his pajamas waistband gets tucked into the bedwetter pants during the night -- probably. I can see how that would happen. But does that also explain why the bottom front of his pajama shirt gets wet too - does it get tucked in there too?
You would think that the Bedwetter Pants, which are supposed to be "totally leakproof" would somehow prevent this from happening, considering they go up in size to fit a 60 or so lb. child.
But that still doesn't solve the tightness problem. I hate the red marks on his legs. It can't be very comfortable. And no, Karen C., I don't really remember seeing a red mark around his waist. His legs are not chubby at all. He's quite a skinny child. So, I just can't figure out why they don't fit right.
Oh, well. I am going to call Motherease today hopefully. I hope they can help me. I hate the thought of spending over $40 for two bedwetter pants I can't even use. If worse comes to worse, I'll save them for my baby daughter when she grows out of her One Sizes. She obviously won't have the sleeping erection problem! Ha, ha!!!

Thanks again to you both,
Sue B.
