I have never used either one (only wish I had!) so I can't really compare... But another option is to 'make' one yourself with a kitchen sink sprayer. Apparently that's pretty much what the commercial ones are anyway. I've heard that it's fairly easy to buy the stuff yourself at a hardware store and attach it yourself. If you scroll far enough on the board you'll find a post where someone even gives instructions how to do that. It's pretty far down though.
