Well my baby is also three months and we seemed to go through the same thing. The fleece seemed to work okay but didn't completely take care of the problem. Now I use a disposable liner (Gerber's EZ Liner)and the fleece and that seems to have taken care of the problem. Another thing that I did was to start washing the diapers (even if I was just washing a few) in a full sized, x-large load size on my washing machine. I think the extra water helped get more of the soap out of the diapers and that can be another reason for rashes.
Just wondering where do you buy coconut butter? I'd like to try it.
