Hi! I've been using ME products for about a year on our son. We started with the one-size, but have recently completely switched to the Sandy's. Our son is small for his age and he never grew enough to change the size settings on the OS. I would say that it depends on the size of your baby and if your family generally has big or small babies. For us, the small sandy's still fit him at 19months and not even on the largest snap settings! I liked the OS, but the added bulk on our little son was just not needed and I like the fit of the sandy's better since i can adjust the snaps at the legs.
