Ok, I dont want to make anybody angry or anything like that, but did you pay for insurance on them? Even if you didnt, I would think that she would be willing to offer at least a partial refund-I know I would. She should send you some money back just for how long it took for her to ship the stuff-if she did that is. At least I admitted it when I forgot to ship something-and I gave them a full refund! :)
