Only problem I can think of is that you could not do this with regular household washers and dryers. Professional diaper services use special industrial washers and dryers that permit them to wash at higher temperatures, wash more at a time etc... They also usually use much harsher chemicals. There are probably sanitation laws involved in things like this that would require you to wash at certain temperatures and using certain methods and products that guarantee complete sanitization. Diaper services usually only pick up once a week and often do not require much in terms of dunking so the diapers are really really nasty by then.....
Also, if you wash various types of diapers from different people you would have to find some way of identifying different people's diapers to prevent mixup in cases where they would have the same size and/or brand.
When figuring out your prices you'd also have to consider things like what you'd charge for delivery and pick-up (diaper services usually do that). You'd also have to consider things like pail or plastic bag charges (you'll have to have something to carry clean and dirty diapers in).
Definetly a good idea, combines the best of both worlds, your own diapers while not having to wash them. But diaper services are more complicated than they look so you'd definetly have to do some research on what's required by law as well as start-up costs etc...
