You will be just fine with exactly what you have. A couple of tips first....
If you have, or suspect you have, a very heavy nighttime wetter (if he/she nurses or drinks a lot at night this could be a good clue as well as a very heavy disposable diaper in the morning) then you could always use two liners to be really on the safe side. Most likely this is really unnecessary but it might give you a little more confidance in the beginning and you can just take one out if/when you see it's not necessary.
Make sure the diaper cover is on well, that none of the diaper is sticking out and that no piece of clothing can easily creep into the diaper. This is always good advice, even for daytime, but is critical at night when the diaper is likely going to get saturated.
Put some type of stay dry barrier between the baby's skin and the diaper. The simplest is a stay-dry fabric like fleece or a commercial stay-dry liner like those from ME. Stay-dry liners are made from a top layer of non-absorbing material (ie polyester) that wicks moisture down to the diaper/liner while staying relatively dry (and therefore keeping baby's skin dry and protecting from rashes). Fleece liners are the most economical and actually very easy to make. Just buy cheap fleece at the fabric store (make sure it's not the kind that's made for outerwear as it could be waterproofed!) and cut it to the size you need. No sewing needed as fleece won't unravel. You could also use a barrier cream like Vaseline, just smother it around baby's genitals before putting on the nighttime diaper.
Nighttime cloth diapering is really much scarrier in theory than it is in reality. Be aware that the diaper will likely be soaked in the morning. This is normal and won't hurt your baby so long as their skin is protected as I mentioned above. I (and many people I know) actually have LESS leak (none actually) while using cloth at night than while using disposables. Last year at Christmas I decided to give myself a bit of a break from the laundry and use up the few remaining disposables I had. Well, I may have saved a couple loads of laundry in diapers but I added it in wet sheets and pjs!!! Never again!
