Hi EmmasMommy--
If you've used disposables up until now, your little one is pretty used to the absorbancy and dryness they promote. Cloth diapers will feel very damp in contrast.
To try and minimize this difference in how she's going to feel, I would suggest using a StayDry liner and terry diaper doublers to try and keep her as dry as possible. (see my post just below for "StayDry liners" for more of this)
You'll also have to get into the habit of changing baby about every 1 1/2 or 2 hrs. to keep her as dry and clean as possible. My DD is the same age as yours, and she's a pretty good wetter, but using terry liners and the StayDry liners has ensured we've never had a leak or a rash since we've been using cloth (since August).
We use this system at night too, and she's pretty 'soggy' in the morning (but diaper is never dripping wet). We use the OneSize or Sandys, with diaper doublers/liners, and the StayDry liners and Airflow covers, and it's all terrific.
Also, always make sure that the diaper is completely covered so that there's no chance of wetness wicking out onto her clothes or bedding.
Good Luck and good for you for making such a good choice for your baby girl's little tush!
