This is most likely because of the Sandy's 'ruffle' at the leg holes. The One-Size diaper stops right where the elastic at the legs is, while the Sandy's has a bit of a fabric ruffle that extends a little beyond the elastic. It's never been a really big deal for us but you do have to watch for it a bit. This will probably get better if/when you have a larger cover actually.....
