Go to Home Depot or wherever you like and get a TOILET AUGER
It's especially made for toilets is not too big and is under $20. You'll use it a lot too!
It is made to basically snag items that are stuck in the toilet U bend and pull them back out. Ask someone at the store to explain it to you. You really need to get it out and not just push it further down. If it gets stuck further down it is harder to fix and can cause ALL your drains to back up so try and get it out ASAP. If you can't, I'm afraid you're gonna need a plumber but it should be a pretty cheap call because you don't need any parts, and think...your diaper is now WELL SOAKED LOL! Does this help?
