Orange Starfish (www.orangestarfish.com) does resale, but I don't know what their selection is like these days. The mothering.com trading post (http://mothering.com/discussions/forumdisplay.php?s=efd59f220a18f8ff92c3cbf34f86ea13&forumid=107) is a more formal version of this board and has lots of stuff for sale and trade.
