I love orangestarfish.com! I have ordered from Yvonne in the past and have been very happy with her costumer service, etc. I don't think she sells used training pants though, I've only seen new ones on her website. I'll send her an email to double-check.
I'm not familiar with the other website you mentioned, and will definitely check it out! Thanks for the ideas!
