One-sized good for heavy wetters???

Hi everyone! I have 3 children in diapers ~ 27 month old twins and a 3 week old. I currently have my newborn in disposies because, after spending lots of $$ on really cute fitteds and covers from various WAHM's, I have found that my son is a super-soaker who can pee through any diaper I have in an hour or less. I put him down for a nap and he wakes up with wet clothes and a drenched diaper and cover. I was having to change his clothes 6-8 times per day. NOT exactly what a mother of 6 has time for! So....we put him in disposables. Which is also not what I want to be doing for much longer. It kills me to be buying diapers that are only going to be used once! lol

My twins aren't anywhere close to potty-training. One is autistic and one has developmental delays, so I probably have AT LEAST another year before either of them is remotely ready. Both of them are heavy-wetters, as well. I've been using Crickett's diapers, with success, but they are wearing out (they were used for my #3 child, as well, so they've had a good lifespan), so I've got to find something new for them, too.

I'm considering using ME one-sized diapers for all 3 kids. It would be easier than having to determine which diaper is for which child (dh has a problem with this discrimination), plus I KNOW airflow covers do NOT leak, so I think I could contain my kidlets copious output as long as their diapers are absorbent enough. Which leads to my question: are ME one-size dipes absorbent enough for heavy wetters? I need something that is going to contain wetness for at least 2.5 hours ~ 3 of my 6 kids are in therapy (the twins plus an older child who is also on the autism spectrum), plus I homeschool, and quite honestly, I don't have the time to be changing diapers every hour!

So please, would you be honest and tell me if the one-size dipe would fit my needs? If not, that's fine. I know Crickett's diapers are absorbent enough for my kids, but I'd rather not have to buy 2 different sizes. I'm hoping the ME diapers will work, because having all 3 children using the same diapers would simplify things for me (not to mention be more cost-effective), and I am all for simplifying at this point in my life! Size-wise, my twins are both just over 3 feet tall and both weigh between 25-28 pounds. They're tall/slender, so I'm not concerned that they'll outgrow the one-sized diaper.

I'm not interested in using the Sandy's diapers because I don't like super-poofy diapers and, well...Sandy's are pretty poofy! LOL

Thanks for any input. I appreciate it!
