i really think you would like the sandy's a lot. i'll admit they are not quite as trim as the one-size, but the trade off is that they are more absorbant. both my little ones wear just a sandy( no liner) all night. and paired with an airflow there are never leaks. the sandy's might look poofy before actually trying them because of the elastic ruffle. they really aren't much thicker than a one size though. and i have found them to be a better fit on my 2. they are 24 and 26 pounds.
