is it possible you have detergent build up. this causes the diapers to be less absobant. a good way to check is to hold your dipe under a slow flowing faucet. hold it kinda like a pocket so the water can puddle if it is not absorbed. if it puddles you will need to strip your diapers.
btw, what is your washing routine? you aren't using fabric softener are you?
