I ,as a bithday gift for myself last april,decided to order a "mini-shower" spray wand to attach to the toilet to"lighten my load"(LOL)...It was money I didnt really have to spend , yet felt I deserved it for my hard work.(dont have washer or dryer,did ,do most by hand and sun,...now do all by hand and sun...just cannot afford public laundering)....Well I also at the same time,same company,some liners and a snappi.
So,I get the liners,the snappi...a package from another company,a couple different little things for diapering,and a package from my mother. I never got the spray-wand...Oh How I Was Looking Forward To That Wand!!!....IT NEVER CAME. The company says it was sent,fed ex claims it was left at the door.(I find out later it was not the normal delivery guy who supposedly left it at my door(my guess is they are confusing packages because there where a couple at about the same time) and also that the normal guy would not leave ANYTHING for me if my dog was out or my door,with screen door shut,was open.NOT EVEN A NOTE IN MY MAILBOX>>>which is in a place alltogether away from my door and dog.
At the same time I am trying to track down this wand I am going through all sorts of health and family issues that made it very hard to deal with...I eventually gave up. Now this is a very "reputable" company that I had every intention of buying more products from when and if able. That never happened because of this issue and my finacial position made it impossable.(I wanted it so bad I would have ordered another if I had been able,just to have it and not have to deal with all the "tracking ". Nothing was ever rectified.I did not get my money back,not that I even wanted it..I Just wanted the Damn wand! A few months back I called the company to see if they would do something.I had left a very detailde message. Never heard back.
Does anyone have any idea what I should do,or can do?
Also please read my Trade or give Post from a day or two back.
