On the cold wash, cold water pours in first on my clothes and then just Hot water pours in first on my clothes, causing those clothes to shrink which is consumed in hot water --- anybody else run into this? Whirlpool says that the way the washer is supposed to work - its ruining my clothes (especially sweaters) which are to be washed in cold water
