: : Lately I've been hearing of the use of Lanolin as a diaper cream, but since Lanolin serves as waterproofing for wool covers, I wondered if it would mess up the diaper absorbancy or build up in the diapers (if used regularly), as KarenC mentioned in the thread about zinc oxide.
: : Any thoughts?

: Hi Nina,
: I contacted mother-ease regarding the zinc oxide. Thet told me that any ointment that is safe to use on cotton is okay to use with their diapers. You just have to be careful not to use too much in order to prevent build up. They said that I may have to sort of scrub by hand to get it out if I use too much.
: Anyway, there may be an 800 number on the package of lanolin so you could enquire about its use on cotton!
: Good Luck,
: Kristen
Thanks, Kristen, that was nice of you! Why didn't I think of calling?
