I got it from wayyyy back in the board, and now it seems that they've changed things, and I can't find that post anymore.
It had:
2 c. water
a few drops of Tea Tree
either 1 or 2 teaspoons of the following:
baby shampoo
baby oil
I just can't remember if it is 1 or 2 teaspoons. I've tried it both ways since I forgot, and can't decide which is right. I make a batch up every few days, so I don't know how I forgot!!
If anyone knows it, thanks a bunch! Darshani must be close to having her baby by now!
