As karen mentioned above, we do have a Bedwetter pant that we recommend for children who have outgrown our diapers (45 lbs.+), but still need the absorbency of a diaper overnight.
Our Bedwetter pant is a super-absorbent, totally leakproof, pull-on pant for night-time use, and comes in sizes xsmall (30-40 lbs.), small (40-55 lbs.) and medium (55-65 lbs.). It is bulkier than the disposable "pull-ups".
