I too use the Kushies flushable liners and I need to use them in 3/4 of my diaper changes as dd changes the times she has a bm. It gets most of the poop but I also use toilet paper to wipe off as much as I can. Then I pick out everything out of the washer (grape skins, peas)
I would use a fleece liner except dd bm are sticky so I find that the flushable liners are the best for me.
