Yes, definetly check out the stinky dipes solution, it's a very interesting idea (haven't had the chance to try it yet but I definetly will if I ever have an issue).
I would definetly not recomend more detergent unless you've recently started using an extraordinarilly small amount. Most people actually use too much detergent and it's the most common cause of diapers odors. Most people find they actually only need about 1/3 to 1/2 the recomended amount (on the box). Detergent builds up in diapers and can cause lingering odors and even react with urine so that they stink horribly upon contact with it! Check your final rinse cycle for suds, there shouldn't be any! If there are, reduce the amount of detergent you use next time and continue rinsing till there are none left (be warned, if you have a heavy build-up this could take several cycles of nothing but water!!!)
You can also try upping the temperature on your hot water heater temporarily to put them through one or two super hot washes to help solve the problem. Hopefully the issue is caused by too much detergent and once you solve the problem it won't come back.
