The Luna Pads are nice. I've never used any other ones so I can't really compare but they work for me. They're made from cotton fleece and have a layer of PUL inside to keep from staining your underwear. They have a set of 3 snaps to snap around your underwear. I can't really say how absorbant they are since I don't use them under heavy flow conditions (I only have one regular pad anyway, the others are all the smaller, lighter days ones). I only use them as a backup to catch the odd drop....
Sorry I couldn't be more help... I've tried a million types of diapers but only one kind of cloth pad! :-)
