We use a no-name zinc cream when our daughter's bum looks a little red, and so far haven't had any diaper rash, and our Sandy's diapers are fine. We've used Burt's Bee's diaper cream on occasion, and I love the smell, but personally think that it's too strong to use on our baby. You might want to smell it before purchasing a tube. The zinc cream that we use has the same ingredients a name brand product, but is way less than half price. Plus, we hardly use more than a dab. It's also worth mentioning that the Burt's Bee's cream is much thicker.
I know for sure that it's not recommended to use Destin because the fish (ugh) oil in it doesn't wash out of the diapers.
HTH!

: Can you use Diaper Rash Creams without ruining the diapers (I have one size & sandy's).....I would like to use some (maybe Burt's Bees) periodically but I don't want to do something that might harm the dipes.
: Thanks.
