I am planning to use the early potty training method for my baby, due in May. I have done much research on the topic, and I really like what I have read, both for environmental reasons and comfort and communication with my baby.
However, there are times when I recognise that it will be impractical, like when travelling or with sitters. So I will be using diapers as a back-up during these times.
I have read that using cloth diapers instead of disposables is preferable with the early potty training system, to maintain awareness on the part of both the parent and baby, so for this reason I will be using cloth.
What I need to know is if anyone out there has tried this method and how many diapers did they need?
