I got mine online . . . and I really like it. I am not a fan of using my hands to swish poopy diapers around, so I use my diaper duck. It holds the diapers while you swish and flush. It doesn't totally eliminate getting your hands wet, but it decreases it dramatically. My husband accidently broke ours (a little too rough with it) and I sent the suction cup and a piece of it back to the company (along with $3.00 S/H) and they sent me a new one.
