I have been using MEOS since my son was born 12 weeks ago and we love them. We use a wet diaper pail. I throw them into the laundry tub after a diaper change: I rinse them and scrub them with sunlight soap (if necessary): then put them into a diaper pail that is half filled with water with one tablespoon of Amaze. I have two pails and once they are both full I pour everything into the washer (a bit tricky with a front loading machine): and wash on hot, 2 tablespoons of detergent and vinegar
