Hey! My diapers have stored pretty well. I would just make sure that you put them in a storage area where they would not mildew/mold. That means in a heated and cooled area, like a closet or under a bed. I wouldn't put them in a garage to brave a Mississippi summer or anything like that.
Make sure you wash them very well before you store them. My diapers are being used by my third child right now, and they are still in great condition. Even if you do store them for several years you will still be able to sell them, ME have a great resale value. You can look at the auctions on ebay to see how well they do.
