No problem at all for us. In fact, there's another baby in my moms' group who was born the same day as mine. She was in disposables, mine was in ME cloth. They started walking on the exact same day. My kiddo is now the most co-ordinated gymnast and best climber in the bunch (don't ask us about table manners, though...) so clearly the diapers have not hampered her physical development at all.
