I agree that the bummis original covers only work over prefolds. That said, they work great over prefolds.
Bummis makes a pull up nylon pant that also comes in a cotton covered version (same prints as the original covers, same lightweight nylon, no webbing inside). I use the mediums over large Sandy's, and they fit perfectly. They're called whisper pants. I have one that has stars, and one that has wizard frogs on magic carpets. They're just gorgeous. They'd work over the one-size as well.
I have also found that Bummis super industrial whisper wraps fit well over ME onesize diapers (not so well but somewhat do-able in Sandy's). They're roomier than the original bummis covers, very durable and easy to care for. They come in a cute frog print and a babies in space print.
I'm sure there's great stuff out in WHAMworld, just wanted to give you some info about what I use. :)
