Hi. We've been using cloth diapers (mostly chinese prefolds and fuzzibunz and one onesize with airflow cover) for three months and have loved them. However, recently our son's skin started peeling in the crack of his bottom and underneath his scrotum. There's not really any rash (maybe a little redness) and he doesn't seem uncomfortable in any way when I touch the affected areas. Anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? We use Burt's Bee's skin creme as a barrier and the diaper rash creme when he looks a little red but nothing is really helping this. We've been out of our Fuzzibunz for about two weeks because he grew out of the smalls and we just got our mediums today so we've been using chinese prefolds at night with Lite Wraps covers. They are great for controlling leaks but not very breathable and I do plan to invest in some more ME Airflow covers. Our son is a really heavy wetter and wakes up when his diaper is wet so even at night he rarely goes more than four hours without a change and during the day we change every two hours or so. Thoughts?
