I add 6-8 drops of tea tree oil or lavender oil but the rest of my recipe is the same as below. Both are antibacterial and they smell good too.

: I also use baby wash cloths, I throw them in the diaper pail with the dirty diapers and they wash up nice, its cheaper then buying papertowels
