I just re-read my post and wanted to clarify that I think the Large and XL Airflow Covers run more true to size or maybe even a bit small, as I think my daughter will fit into them well below 27 and 35 pounds, respectively.
To summarize, I think the smalls fit more like 10 to 18 pounds and the mediums are more like 15 to 25 or so. I think the M/L can be skipped and the larges will start fitting around 24-25 pounds. Just my opinion based on my experiences (this is my second baby in ME dipes).
