I have 3 toddle-ease diapers which I've used only for nite-time diapering for well over a year. They now have build-up: hence reduced absorbancy, yellow color in the front and strong ammonia smell in the morning.
So I was wondering, do any of you do anything different each morning with that diaper? I was wondering if i always soaked it first in "something" before my regular wash routine, such as baking soda, borax? What do you recommend?
I know I need to do some strip washes on these, but once i get them "fixed", i want to keep them that way. Obviously, my present wet pail and every 2 day wash routine with HE Sunlight/Tide is not good enough for these particular diapers.
