That would sound like a mislabeling to me as well.... though you're right that it does seem very odd that all 4 diapers would be mislabeled, especially if they're different colors.
By any chance, when you say that the covers don't fit your son, do you mean that they leave red marks on him or was it something else? I have heard the red mark complaint a few times before(once in real life from someone I knew, a couple times on this board and a few on another board) and I'm thinking that they just don't fit some children well.
The person in real life that I talked to said that it seemed to be the right size, but it still would leave ugly red marks after a bit of time. Technically they 'fit' (ie when she inspected it closely and tuggest on the elastics they didn't seem too tight) but for some reason they still left the marks. She'd used other covers with no problems but for some reason that we never really figured out these were different.... She also just couldn't use them.
If you haven't sold it yet, I'll take the cover you can't return. It's ironic that now that I'm only using diapers at night I actually find myself needing more covers and more liners!! I used to use liners and a different cover for only every 5th or 6th diaper but now I use one for each diaper. I could wash covers by hand but I just can't be bothered! :-) I'll send you an email shortly....
