My covers smell so bad, I'm embarassed when anyone gets close to my baby. I wash the Bummis covers separately in warm water with detergent and Amaze, then do a second rinse with vinegar. I let them air dry. By the way, I have a dry pail. I've tried soaking the diapers for a couple hours but it hasn't helped.
