Hi I have had the same problem once dd was more mobile... try to go a snap looser, and just use your cover at the same size to hold them up until he grows a bit (the air flow should hold them on fine and the diaper wont chafe) also I found to get rid of the rash I changed very frequently so that the edges never got wet and rubbed her... then continued as before (2-3 hour changes) HTH Karie
