My son wears the large and he is 22 months and about 25 lbs (I'm guessing). They are on the largest sanp setting, but they are plenty roomy. Likewise for the large Airflow.
I don't anticipate getting into the ToddleEase ever, but who knows - maybe he'll need the extra height in the rise before too long.
