I much prefer the OS dry. I had some regular OS and sold them and bought more of the OS dry because we found that we were always reaching for them over the regular!
I love them because you don't have to put a piece of fleece down first becuz the 'dry' fabric is attached! It just eliminates an extra step in the diapering process which I find is important now that my DD is 9mnths old and refuses to lie still for the diaper change (can be a challenge!). Also I find that they're easier to rinse clean. The poo just falls right off them.
When I bought them I got the convenience package (I called them and they charged a bit extra but did a similar deal as w' the reg OS) and so it came with the dry liners so I can use the dry liners on top of the dry OS and it's a totally dry system. I've recommended the OS dry to 2 of my friends and both of them love it. I really don't know why anyone would choose the regular unless it's to save the money.
At night my DD goes down w' one OS dry liner and her OS dry dipe and she's dry in the morning after 12 hrs sleeping in the diaper!
