I would recomend maybe waiting and trying one of each before buying a bunch of either one.
I have never actually used the OS dry so maybe my 2 cents aren't as valuable as others but what the heck! :-)
I personally don't think I'd spend the extra money on them unless I had a baby with super-sensitive skin. It's been my experience (and that of most people I've seen or talked to on the net and in person) that stay-dry coverings aren't really necessary during the day except for the most sensitive of babies. I've never used fleece liners or stay-dry liners of any kind except for at night so it would basically have been a waste for me.
Some people do use stay-dry or fleece liners in every diaper though, and for them the OS dry would certainly make life easier. It might be hard now to think wether you're likely to want to do that but just something to consider. As well as keeping baby dry, they do make poop cleanup easier for some babies (not all though, never made a bit of difference for mine as it was just too sticky).
