I use the one size regular diaper with a stay dry snap in liner. I thought this was the best way to save money and have a convenient stay dry feature. It works well for me because I use the snap in liner at every change so there is alway stay dry in contact with the baby where it counts most. I can't see why you would need stay dry throughout the diaper because the back of the diper and the wings don't even really get wet. Unless you use the diaper without the lining
