Kissaluvs diaper lotion potion?

Hi! I'm planning on using the Kissaluvs diaper lotion potion on my Bean's bottom...anyone have any experience with this product and cloth diapers? Also, is it okay to use baby powder/talcum/cornstarch powder on baby's bottom when cloth diapering?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
