I am using OS and have just washed my first load and line dried them.  They are a bit stiff, would the final vinager rinse remedy this? 

Also, I have a few bf poo stains, would leaving them on the line longer help?

One more thing, since these are stiff from the line, would a trip to the dryer help them at all or will I just have to wait until next wash?

A vinegar rinse may help make your diapers a little softer, but they are going to be a bit stiff from line-drying.  You can soften them by tumbling them in the dryer for a few minutes if you'd like.  I just use a layer of fleece (keeps baby's bottom drier and makes poop cleanup a little easier, too), which will always be soft, no matter what.  My two never seemed to mind line-dried diapers; I think it's more just moms who want everything so soft!  :-)

BF poo stains will almost always come out wonderfully in the sun.  Direct sunlight will help with this, although drying in the shade might help your diapers be less stiff.

I read somewhere to throw them in the dryer for 5 min BEFORE you line dry them.  Then toss them in with some dryer balls for a 15min fluff when they're dry.  That  helps a lot.
